hi doctor, my name is al, from jamaica and i got a hit in my neck over two weeks ago during a footbal game.After bearing the pain for that period i now realise that i have broken my hyoid bone after researching the different bones in my neck..i know its a bones as i can feel it click and wen i put tention on it, and it also pains..how can this be fix do i need surgery or will it heal it self
