Will A Warm Compress On The Injection Spot Ease The Pain Of Injecting?

i am 23 year old female,i stand 5'8, and weigh around 180 or 190. i have been using meth for 11 years now and this past month and half started went from smoking it to injecting it. i have never self injected before but i am not going to lie but i am craving the needle right now. can i put a warm compress on the injection spot to ease the pain of when the needle first goes in and and to help the needle go in easier? or is there another way

hi, i cant suggest u to take myth, because its hazards to your health. i suggest u left that substance otherwise your health goes towards wrong side. if u don't than not warm but u should apply ice on it.
