hello; will abnormal thyroid function show on a general blood test? I m having symptoms of a thyroid disorder, however I had a blood test 2 months ago which was okay.

Routine blood can give thyroid function tests but lab people do not go for these type of tests unless doctor mentioned specific tests like thyroid,blood sugar,cholesterol etc.
So your blood tests ok means tests given at that time were normal.
