i was wondering how apple cidar vinagar can help decrease fat on the stomache. my dad use to drink a 6to 8 oz glass of apple cidar vinager every morning and it worked wonders for him and he seemed to have lost his stomach fat in no time at all. i dont like the taste of drinking it and was wondering if the apple cider pills with pectin in them would do the same thing and what else apple cider pills cans help do for health reasons? and i was also wondering what i would take to help me get more energy besides vitamin b12. it doesnt seem to help me very much. i eat lots of fruits and vegtables and soups and drinks lots of water can you give me any advice please. we just got internet set up last saturday so i will have to go on line and set up my YYYY@YYYY (which was my old yahoo.com account and just give it a new password to re-open it again so you can answer to that e-mail address please) thank you
