Will Clamp Kid Forte And Chericoff Cough Syrup Help With Recurring Cold In Children?
hi Dr.My son had cough and fever 10 days back.I took him to the Dr and he prescribed antibiotics Clamp kid Forte 475mg and calpol (sos) and chericoff cough syrup. my son was alright after taking the medicine. Now since yesterday he is having running nose and again fever. I hav started calpol....fever goes down with that but comes bak again. He is having 101-102 fever. What should I do? Should I continue antibiotics again?

It may be viral infection which may not need the antibiotics.
Only examining doctor can tell about use of antibiotics in a given situation.
For cold or runny nose you can use syp. monticope 5ml at night.
For fever continue calpol.
If the problem persists see a doctor.
