Will Cough Syrup Help Cure Cold Throat, Runny Nose And Slight Chest Pain?
hi I had a lot of things going on with my heath first I had strep throat took anti meds for that then found out that I had a really bad kidney infections took anti meds for that now I have a sore throat and runny nose and a slight chest pain my cough is not wet but very dry can you please help should I just take some cough syrup?
