Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Follicular study tracks serially the growth of the egg follicle.
Normally one leading egg follicle starts maturing each month, and by day 14, in a 28 day cycle, it becomes big enough to rupture.
That rupture is ovulation.
Normally by day 14, it should measure atleast 18 - 22 mm, which is the ripe size for ovulation.
Evadiol is estrogen.
It is given to stimulate the growth of the lining of the uterus, it does not affect egg size.
Please get back with the follicular study report on day 13.
If there is no growth, then it indicates
anovulation.
Causes could be
polycystic ovaries, diminished
ovarian reserve etc.
You would then need to take ovulation inducing agents to artifically induce ovulation.
Please write back with details of further follicular study at -

Take regular folic acid supplements and maintain ideal weight.
Get your husband's
semen analysis done also.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
