Will Increasing Furosemide Dosage Increase Urine Output?
I am on dialysis. Is it safe to increase - double - my Furosemide 40 mg. Will it increase my urine output? I am also taking Metoprolol Tartrate 25 mg and Felodipine 10 mg. My blood pressure is always high when I get up in the mornings and these two medicines bring it down until about 6OM when I take them again.

Hi,
Increasing Furosemide dose will increase the urine output but this can also cause low blood pressure and also electrolyte imbalance. So it is required to monitor the above said while increasing the dose of furosemide. Hope this answered your query.
