Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Since you have been taking the pills for the past five years, inhibiting ovulation, your hormone system needs time to return to the normal state. You can expect ovulation to return in a couple of months. You can wait for six months with sincere trial for pregnancy after return of ovulation before seeking help from a specialist. Meanwhile maintain a healthy diet, healthy weight and regular exercise. Ovulation can be tracked through recording of basal body temperature or follicular studies. Hope this helps.
