Will Leukocyte Esterase Bacteria In Urine Cause Any Harm?

I had a urine test done and the result show trace of Leukocyte Esterase Bacteria moderate (26-50) H. What does it mean and should I worry? I have asked my doctor and told me that usually when the urine is left out for a period of time it causes bacteria, thus no need to be alarmed, for some reason I am not completely satisfied with the answer. Should I follow up?

If you are asymptomatic and it is nothing to worry, right now but for the safety purpose I would ask you to drink plenty off water, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the "Sodium citrate" liquid three times in day with the lot of liquid this will give good response, after taking this treatment I would advise you to get done the urine test to get it confirm the presence of bacteria, every thing will be alright soon take care have nice day.
