Also, if you are at high risk, then any kind of bleeding or passage of clot can herald an impending miscarriage. In early pregnancy, when you are projected as high risk, please try and avoid sexual intercourse as far as possible. You should see your doctor and report the spotting / clotting. AN ultrasound scan should ideally be done to document cardiac activity. IF the baby s heartbeat is present, need not worry. Take care.
