Will Long Walks Exacerbate Pain Due To H. Pylori Infection?

I ve been diagnosed with h. pylori via blood test and have an appointment with a GI doc this Thursday. In the meantime, I m trying to find out if excercise, even long walks, might exacerbate my pain. I m finding it uncomfortable and want to make sure it s not just in my head. 37 yo female. Thank you.
