Will Losartin Potassium And Atenolol Effect Fertility?
i m married since 2004,i have 1 doughter.m patient of hypertension and using tablet losartin potassium 50mg and atenolol 50mg daily,kindly tell me that these medicen effect fertility and if effect then how to overcome this problem.after my daughter birth my wife concieve 1 time by using gonadil n zinc.

Losartan is an angiotensin receptor antagonist which can cause birth defects in pregnant women.Hence you should avoid the drug during pregnancy. Nifidipine, Labetolol and Hydralazine are drugs that are safe during pregnancy.
