Will Marijuana Still Show Up In Test After A Week Has Passed?

I failed a ion spectometry test at a federal prison today. I did take 3-4 hits of marijuana on Friday night to help calm my severe restless leg syndrome. I was told that I can come back next week and try again. Would the marijuana still show up after a week has passed?

you really would expect it to be gone in 5-7 days after one marijuana cigarette. BUT if the month before you had been a heavy daily user, that marijuana would have gone into fat deposits for long term storage and could be detected a lot time after (months after heavy daily use, tests still are often positive).
