Will Meftal Spas Antagonise Effect Of Misoprostol?

hi,doc
i m doc anjana,actually i had pregnancy of 6week but 2 days back i got miscarriage
i mtaking now misoprostol orally and vaginaly but getting pain so i want to kno can i tak meftal spas to reduce pain.i hav confusion that meftal spas may antagonise effect of misoprost.
plz suggest me

As per your history you are already taking the early abortion pill misoprostol.

You can safely take tablet Meftal spas to get relieved off pain. There is no cross reaction or antagonistic effects between these 2 tablets has been reported.

I advice you go for a USG pelvis to rule out retained products if any.
