Will Otogesic Help Restore Hearing In Ear After Earbud Damage?

Dear Dr., While cleaning my ear using a ear bud, i happened to dig it a bit too deep inside which has caused deafness in my ear. I visited a doc who has prescribed Sinarest tablets thrice a day and suggested Otogesic ear drop along with Otiflox ear drops. Kindly advice if this will be enuf for my ear to be normal?

HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

It depends on what was found on examination of your ear. What did your doctor mentioned after examination ?

If the injury is mild and has not affected the ear drum then yes the medicines prescribed to you is enough, but if there is an ear drum injury you may have to re visit your doctor after a week to check the status of healing.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
