Will Oxycodone Cause Short Of Breath And Sweating?
Hello I m britany I have been taking about 8 oxycodone a day the a 215 and I am starting to be short of breath and sweating so bad at night I wake up like every half hour I am scared cause people are saying the can be a sign of getting and over dose I am just woundering what do I do to get my breath back and how to stop sweating but I also want to get off of them but I am to scared cause of the bad withdrawals I just want to know the truth and not things people just post online please help me
Yes, in addition to short breath and sweating the oxycodone overdose can also cause low blood pressure, weak pulse, drowsiness, constipation, vomiting, and bluish-colored fingernails and lips.
I advise you to go the emergency room of your nearby hospital so that a proper assessment can be done and treatment can be given accordingly.
You will be closely monitored and treated to maintain vitals like breathing, heart rate, and body temperature. If breathing has stopped, a drug called naloxone may be administered.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
