Will Physiotherapy Or Swimming Help Pain In The Legs Due To Discitis?

I had or may have again discitis as the infection was never found. I had Septrin 980mg x 2 daily and Ciproxin 500mg x 2 daily. This was the treatment after the two weeks in hospital where I had different drugs. I remained on the Septrin and Ciproxin for 9 weeks and these left me week after 5 months that I finished treatment. I am always tired and in pain on my left side i.e. mostly from the hip downwards. Would phsyio therapy and swimming help please? Which would you advise as I am so weak that I want to fight back my strength. It's been 7 months since I initially got discitis.
