Will Prednisolone Help To Recover From Nasal Congestion And Cold Symptoms?
Suffered with nasal congestion waking about five am full of cold like symptons , mucous, sneezing, for about an hour or more, allergy to perfume, alcohol. Last four years, very sore chest in bronchial region follows after two days leading to mucus plugs blocking air ways, only solution to whole episodes prednisolone, now adrenal failure due to so many steroids.

Hi, yes prednosolone is a steroid and on its prolonged usage can cause adrenal failure.
But it is not liberal y used just to treat nasal congestion and cold symptoms.
There are so many anti histamine and decongestant to treat cold. Maybe you had the severe form of allergy and
Bronchitis, thats why you were treated by steroids.
