Will Smoking Medical Marijuana And Taking Dilaudid For Sciatica Cause Headaches?

Will smoking medical marijuana have negative affects on my brain when I am suffering from a Dura puncture from a depomedrol injection in my back for sciatica. Had a CT scan of the brain yesterday and it was positive for "AIR" on the brain. I am also taking dilaudid 4mg about 3 a day for headache pain and a depomedrol dose pack.

cannot say in your particular case BUT
while probably ALL psychoactive drugs can be associated with headache (marijuana) and while narcotics can make someone overly sensitized to pain and find things painful that didn't used to be (opiate induced hyperaesthesia), a DURA puncture is especially linked to a particular type of headache.
SPINAL HEADACHE occurs after removal of spinal fluid. This can occur from removal of the fluid.. but it is far, far, more common to occur as an unintended effect after the spine is punctured and the fluid leaks out like a tire puncture. The type of headache is similar to a hangover. Treatment is plugging the leak like a tire leak (BLOOD PATCH).
