Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 70 year old wife had 103 fever. Advised to go to ER. Bad headache, nausia, and chills quickly went away. Took blood, chest xray, EKG. All fine. except Sodium was 125. We knew about this from a recent blood test. Probably caused by lasix or another anti convulsive med. Was taken off Lasix 24 hours before. This morning she seemed to have chills and another fever which also went away quickly. Thanks in advance.
