Hi,

Any history of fever should be ruled out. In the absence of fever, analgesics and antihistamines along with antacids can be used to reduce the symptoms. If abdominal pain still persists, complete blood count and abdominal scan may be needed for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
