Will Sudden Pain And Heaviness In Right Groin Area Go Away Itself ?
I was searching through some carpet at the carpet store and all of the sudden I felt a heaviness and ache in my right groin area. It felt like someone place a concrete block. The next morning I noticed that when I walked I had to hold onto things. It does not hurt when sitting or standing - only when I make start walking and causes me to limp. i do get relief when I am holding a cart at the store but when I try to walk normal the pain is there. Now my back is starting to hurt on the same side and walking on tip toes helps. This happened last Friday - does this pain go away?

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Wishing you happy and healthy life From your description provide of pain in back and lower limb while walking i would consider the possibility of nerve root compression because of prolapsed intervetebral disc.
Absolute bed rest, hot compresses and analgesics like Ibuprofen will help relieve the symtoms. If it still persists or you develop new symptoms, kindly contact your physician
Take Care
