Will Surgery For Vulva Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cause Edema?
i had surgery for vulva squamous cell carcinoma 3months ago.the lab test shows negative for everything ,but,it was 5 mm deep.the lab says suspicious for lymph invasion, however the focus of interest is absent for deeper levels of staining.they want to remove my nodes . which will cause severe problems and edema. is that necessary?please say no!
If your treating doctor suspects invasion, then it is necessary to avoid serios complications. I am sure that the doctor would surely consider to look at benefits to outweigh risks.
