Will Taking Calcimax 500 Help Relieve Compression Fracture On L4 Linbrae Spine?
respected sir i have got a compression fracture on L 4 lumbrae spine . it is been 28 days today. now there is no pain.have my bones got cured and fixed. i was taking calcimax 500 and now the doctor have advised to take bio d3 strong.can i wear braces and walk. Please advise
As the compression fracture of the spine may take anywhere up to 6-8 weeks of time. since no pain is there it will be good to use the brace for some more weeks to avoid any damage to the healed bone.
Vitamin D3 for now will help the strength in the bones to be more strong and not brittle. Calcimax was the time where the calcium deposition was needed a lot to have the healing process to occur. Kindly be slow and don't rush up as spine is the major part of the human body.
Once the X-ray reveals there is healing completion than exercise for the core and lower limb along with hip and spinal muscle strengthening will be needed to provide utmost stability to the lumbar spine and strength to the muscles of the spine.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
