Will Taking Depsonil Tablet Cure Urinary Incontinence?
My Doughter has operated when she was just 8 months old "a reimplantation of ureters", her right ureter was dileted and opening of ureters ware on the neck of blider, now she is 3.5 yrs old. after operation she was not having a control on urine. Dr Harshad punjani is the uero pediatric surgen who operated the surgery he advice it will take long time to have control on urine, also he started Depsonil 25mg daily to have control. after that she has good control on urine, also we have visited one homeopethic Dorctor, she has also started a medicine on the same problem, but to find out how homeopeticn medicines are working we have reduced the dose of Depsonil to 1 tab after 2 days. but when she took depsonil, at that time she controls urine but 2nd and 3rd day her control is not that much as it is on the 1st day of having depsonil. My Question is how Depsonil is important to give her on daily basis or how we can keep a trust on Homeopetic medicines

The Depsonil contains Imipramine, which is serotonin re uptake inhibitor acting at central level and causing inhibition of re uptake of neurotransmitters as Acetylcholine, Serotonin and others; by which it increase the bladder capacity to hold the urine.
It is a supportive measure, not curing the root cause. As per my surgical experience, I do not recommend homeopathic medicines in this regard.
