Will Taking Ascorbic Acid Help For Natural Abortion?

I am taking 500mg of vitamin C every 2 hours, since i suspect i might be pregnant

When i exercise i have vaginal discharge with a bit of blood so i suspect i might be pregnant, i started yesterday taking 500mg of asorbic acid to have a natural abortion. If im pregnant i can either be 6 weeks pregnant or less than 4, will this method be efficient?

Thanks for writing to us.

First of all, you must undergo one home pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy. On positive test, you must consult with local doctor for medical termination of pregnancy by abortion pills.

Vitamin C or Ascorbic acid is VERY WEAK drug for natural abortion and it takes time, may result into incomplete abortion. It is NOT effective 100%.

You should know that Medical abortion can be done up to 9 wk safely by abortion pills (Misoprostol with Mifepristone tab) under the guidance of local gynecologist (you need complete prescription) because it may cause unnecessary excessive vaginal bleeding, abdominal cramp and it will be helpful in the emergency situation also.

Practice safe sex and use emergency pill or condom to avoid unwanted pregnancy in future. Good luck.
