had a nose (baloon type) pack removed after 48 hrs a week ago tomorrow and have been taking things easy. was told to wait 2 weeks before doing anything exerting. one more week to go! what happens to the awful crust after two weeks? do i blow my nose or do i have doc remove it? i am 75 and in good health, no high bp. have had one cold after another since feb, had a prolonged uti which was treated with antibiotics and finally was dilated but burning still persisted. could all this have made me prone to nosebleeds? is it safe to keep taking 2 cranberry pills every day or should i just stick with one? thanks.
