Hi, I have gone through your question. The medications for migraine should be stopped if you have a chance of conceiving because no drug given in migraine like propanolol, sibutramine or valproate is completely safe for the fetus. You can take paracetamol when there is severe headache, under the prescription of a neurologist, as paracetamol is safe to take in pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
