I have had endometriosis since a young teen. I am currently on low dose BC pill. I have been on for about 4 years now. Works pretty good to help with endometriosis pain but I m getting horrible headaches once I stop the pill for my period to start. Headaches last about 2 - 3 days until period starts. My Gyno wants me to try Seasonale. Not having a period for 3 months, will this have any harmful side effects to my body? I m 40 years old and considered having a total hysterectomy. My doctor said I m a good candidate for this but wants to try other methods first. I don t want to be on hormones until I start menopause due to the increased risk of cancer. Opinion?
