Will The Pain, Ringing And Blockage Of My Ear Be Cured?

Hey Doc, Im a 37 year old male that was diagnosed with bells Palsey roughly 4-5 weeks ago. I took a round of prednisone,an antiviral and an antibiotic. My facial symptoms have subsided for the most part, my speech will still stammer from time to time and my eye on the affected side closes when I yawn or laugh but the drooping eye and smile have returned to almost normal. My problem seems to be with my ear, the feeling of blockage or compression from time to time and a low ringing or humming. Very little pain although ive had some sore spots in the inner cartilage at the base of the ear opening and my doctor says there seems to be mild itrratation at the opening of the canal but no fluid or appahrent infection any more. Is this normal and will it return to normal on its on since I have completed my meds?
