Will There Be A Miscarriage?

In December I had a placental abruption at 32weeks I recently had a positive pregnancy test but and should be around 7 weeks but I was scanned to day and gestational sac was 11mm but oting showing inside? I have been given a 70/30 chance of miscarriage is this a false pregnancy?

1.It looks like there is some underlying risk factors, Hormonal / uterine pathology.
2.It more toward miscarriage as they are not corresponding to each other.
3.oting showing inside? what does it mean. spell it properly.
4.Hope the best and get the scan done.
5.In future take very good care and evaluate if there is any underlying medical conditions, uterine and ovarian pathology.
