Will There Be Any Problem If Sugar Level Comes Down Alarmingly?
My mother is a diabetic. Last week her fasting blood sugar was 180 and post breakfast it was 275. She had a Zoryl M2 tablet after breakfast in this case. The physician we consulted increased the dosage to use Zoryl M2 Forte twice daily. Will there be any problem with the sugar levels coming down alarmingly?

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
rapid fall of blood sugar is not at all advisable in elderly.
This kind of rapid fall of sugar to levels below 70 mg/dl is called as hypoglycemia.
People having more hypoglycemia will have more difficulty in remembering things and due to fall they may sustain injury of bones.
i suggest you to mention age ,height and weight for a better advise of medication
