Will There Be Any Side Effects Of Taking Advil Or Ibuprofen After Taking Allegra For Headache?
I woke up with what I thought was a sinus headache due to allergies and I took an Allegra D 24 hour tablet. My headache has gotten worse throughout the day and spread to the back of my neck and I was wondering if I could take an Advil or Ibuprofen to see if that will help but I m concerned I might experience an adverse interaction with the Allegra D I already took. Headaches for me are very uncommon. Thoughts?

There have been no common or serious interactions reported with the use of Allegra and Advil together. If the headache persists or worsens, or if you develop any unusual neurological symptoms like blurred vision, dizziness, numbness or tingling, or changes in consciousness, you would be wise to seek appropriate medical care right away. What you describe sounds like a tension headache and will probably get better on its own.
