Would Grade I Fatty Infiltration Of The Liver, A Right Renal Simple Cortical Cyst And Grade II Prostatomegaly Need Serious Medical Advice?
My age is 60, normal BP, sugar readings. Height 5 6 , weight 65 Kgs. No Smoking and No Drinks. Prostate is enlarged in size and measures 3.3 *4.8*3.9 cms. Volume30.8 cc. No evidence of focal lesions. No evidence of any free fluid in peritoneal cavity and pelvis. Ultra sound of Abdomen Impressions. Grade I Fatty infiltration of Liver. Right renal simple cortical cyst. Grade II prostatomegaly . Plz adivise.

The ultrasound shows enlargement of prostate gland. I suggest you to get blood levels of PSA. Rest there is presence of renal cyst which appears to be benign. There is fatty infiltration of liver which can be due to alcohol consumption. Abstinence from alcohol will help to reverse fatty change in liver.
