Would a radiologists report of "at level c5-c6 there is a left paracentral posterior large osteophyte seen causing indentation upon the ventral aspect of the thecal sac. There is also posterior diffuse disk bulge osteophyte complex seen. There is also small right lateral posterior uncovertebral spurring changes seen causing mild marrowing of the right lateral recess" be a cause for concern?
