Would A Stent Implanted In Renal Artery Block Urinary Passage?

I had a stent implanted in my (R) Renal Artery and it is double wrapped. Could it block the urine and the bowel? I am having a terrible time "going" to the bathroom, and I was just wondering.

I see "black little short threads in my "stool" and I'm wondering if it is coming apart, or what?

The doctor who implanted it says he doesn't know what the little black threads are from?

Your thoughts and comments, Please.
