Would Calcification Cause Unsteady Gait And A Feeling Of Heaviness In The Forehead?

I am 62 with a history of sarcoidosis. A MRI was done of my brain. Findings a high T2 signal with linear enhancement was present along posterior frontal lobe. This lies along the precentral sulcus with involvement of the adjacent gyri, calcification was found. Would the calcification cause me to have unsteady gait and feel a heaviness in my forehead?
