Would Eating Grilled Liver Cause A Heart Attack ?

Would eating grilled liver cause a heart attack? I had grilled liver for lunch and about 3 hours later had a dull chest pain which increased. I took two days off from work but did not go to my doctor. Instead I took vitamin C, lysine, coenzyme Q10 and hawthorn herb. I felt better on the third day and the pain subsided.
