Would You Consider Cramping, Shooting Pains, Nausea And Dizziness During Pregnancy Indicative Of Miscarriage?

I am ten weeks pregnant and within the past year have had two miscarriages. The past two days I have had some cramping today has been worse I m getting some shooting pains but not constant. I have also been dizzy today along with nauseous, is this normal?

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Pain abdomen and dizziness are not common, I feel you should consult doctor as early as possible. You may need to get scan to check for any intra abdominal bleed or rupture,Ectopic pregnancy.
Cramping shows Uterine contraction trying to expel contents of conception.

Or cramping pain could be due to intestinal movements. Consult doctor for examination and further management.
