Would You Consider Tiredness, Fatigue And Headaches As Withdrawal Symptoms From Weaning Off Tylenol?
Can you have withdrawals from Tylenol pm s. I have been taking them each night for my insomnia for the past 3 years. I read about liver damage and decided to stop cold turkey and now I m having headaches everyday and feeling really tired and fatigued
Hi, This medication contains acetaminophen and diphenhydramine. Neither of these are addictive. Therefore, it is OK to stop taking this medication without reducing it first. Diphenhydramine is used to aid sleep. In order to help your sleep you could consider lifestyle changes such as reducing caffeine intake prior to bedtime. You could consider taking Tylenol with no added ingredients to help your headaches. Regards. Dr K A Pottinger
