Hi,
This medication contains acetaminophen and diphenhydramine. Neither of these are addictive. Therefore, it is OK to stop taking this medication without reducing it first. Diphenhydramine is used to aid sleep. In order to help your sleep you could consider lifestyle changes such as reducing caffeine intake prior to bedtime. You could consider taking Tylenol with no added ingredients to help your headaches.
Regards.
