X Ray Done. What Are The Findings In The Report?
Hello doctor! Few days ago, we see the doctor after i had an x-ray and it she said that i have suspicious densities seen in the right upper lobe and she suggested an apicolordotic view so i'd undergone another x-ray again. I went back to see the doctor today but she'll be back tomorrow but i have my x-ray result with me. It says "Ancillary study relative to chest PA confirms infiltrates in the suggestive of PTB. What is that mean? I'm just quite worried that is worse than Tuberculosis. Thanks for the help.

Your X-ray result is showing lesion which is similar to tubercular lesions in the apex of lung. X-ray will give probable diagnosis for confirmation you may need to get sputum smear study for acid fast bacilli.
Not to worry ,Tubercle bacilli affects upper part of lung first, as you have apical lesion. You are being infected with tubercle bacilli in lungs(same as tuberculosis of lungs). consult physician and investigations done for confirmation, Treatment according to it.
