Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
your brother's x ray shows radio opacities at the right apex of the lung, this area may be not clearly visible due to bones like clavicle.
Lordotic view is required to view this area clearly, the causes for apical densities are Tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, Fibrosis, suspicious malignancy like pancoast tumor.
This can be confirmed by lordotic view or going for CT Scan of chest to clearly identify the area and nature of densities and can be further evaluated.
Other findings in x ray are normal.
Hope this information helps and please go for further evaluation so that you do not miss anything.
Take care
Good Luck.
