Yes, I Had A Partially Detached Retina In One Eye

Yes, I had a partially detached retina in one eye and a tear in another repaired with laser surgery last week. Since the I have has a constant pressure in my head...especially.when I bend down....tried Tylenol but not helping much...also seeing black specks...this I'm thinking will eventually go away...but the head issue is strange and really affecting me..my whole head feels tight ...can one get an infection from this type of procedure?
