Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Yes I would like to ask a question. I have an appointment to see a dermatologist for a full body check on moles and spots. While waiting for my apt in 2 weeks I do have a white lesion on the right inner septum that I am extremely concerned about, it has been there about a year. I can see a tiny bit of it and it is white. It is sometimes dry and yes, I have picked it once and it grows back. Just looks like a scab when picked. (I know gross). I know it is not easy to diagnose without seeing it, but can you give me any peace of mind? It is not sore. I worry so much about skin cancer and I can't imagine that a biopsy of that area will feel very good. =( Thanks!
