Yes for about a week now I have been having this burning pain at the head tip of the penis but it doesn't hurt when I pee it's just a lot of discomfort more then anything. But when I'm active and doing stuff I don't realize it until I'm sitting and doing nothing plus I haven't had sex in a month plz help and wat can I get over the counter because I have no insurance to go see a doctor
