Yes, thank you. I am four years post-cholecystectomy experiencing biliary colic/vomiting type episodes reminiscent of the pre-cholycystectomy days. Sent for an abdominal US which (1) did not indicate I was post-cholecystectomy patient, and (2) reported my gallbladder as normal with no evidence of gallstones. Excuse me? Questioned my doc who, presumably, spoke with the radiologist; then reported there was probably some lumen or shadowing which resulted in the mistaken visual of a gallbladder. When I re-read the electronic corrected radiologist's report, it still reads that my gallbladder looks normal with no evidence of gallstones. Have since been referred to gastroenterology and awaiting that appointment. Sorry for the epistle here. I am dubious of the US and wonder if mine was perhaps mixed up with that of another patient. Should my doc order a repeat US for me? Thanks very much!
