Yes Thank You. My Daughter Who Is 26 Has Been

Yes thank you. My daughter who is 26 has been sick for the last two days. Her symptoms are severe joint and bone pain, sore throat that is white, fever of 100 to 102 that can be brought down with naproxen and ibuprofen, chills and sweating , very weak and shaky. Could this be a form of the flu or a virus? Should I take her to an EPN today or wait for a doctors visit tomorrow.
