Yesterday Morning I Let My Dog Out To Relieve Himself;

Yesterday morning I let my dog out to relieve himself; he was fine. A couple of hours later he didn't come to me when I called him. I went to him and he didn't get up until I helped him. He was lethargic and seemed to have peed on himself a little where he was laying. Later in the day he peed a lot in the floor; that was very unusual. I took him out and he did nothing even thought he went through the motions. He stopped eating and drinking. I took him out several times last night 12am 2am 4am; right, I didn't sleep last night until about 5:30am. He peed again this morning about 9:00am and I took him out to finish his pee and to poop; he didn't poop; last time he pooped was yesterday afternoon. It was solid, no diarrhea. He's peeing very little now even to just a drop or two and there is blood in his urine. About thirty minutes ago I took him out and when we came back in he showed interest in his water, but didn't drink any. Now, he and I are just sitting with each other as usual.
