Yesterday morning I suddenly got very dizzy (vision looked like world was spinning) and I started vomiting. I vomited a lot (could not even keep water down) and just lay down for most of the day. It got a bit better later in the day but I could not eat or drink anything. Today is about the same (better than yesterday but still a bit lightheaded and not able to eat). I tried to eat some plain toast and chicken noodle soup but could not get it down. I am continuing to rest and am able to watch TV but I am wondering if I should see a doctor or not. This is similar to an episode I had some months ago but in that case I am sure it was food poisoning. This time I had nothing to eat before it hit.
